Caroline recently journeyed to Chile and Argentina to learn first hand what the Chilean and Argentinian wines were all about. She learned so much and had such a good time that she had to bring back some wines from each to share along with an authentic Asado (lamb roast) prepared by Tony Fonseca who is from Argentina, does a wonderful authentic Asado and is the brand new coach for the brand new Polo Team being formed by Brown University. What a wonderful time was had by all - the food and drink were fabulous!
