Bruce Larson - (aka) Jose' Manuel - the laborer

Bruce began his career with Ford Motor Company (Sales and Finance), moved over to American Motors Corp (Finance) and then joined his wife Carol - now Caroline - and struck out on his own. They developed companies in the medical sales arena (cardiac pacemakers) and then optical stores in Michigan. Tiring of Michigan they sold everything and retired to New Hampshire. Family illness brought Bruce back down to Wickford and, eventually the purchase of  Colonial Liquor Store - now Colonial Wine & Spirits - and the rest is history. When the store focused on liquor and beer everything was OK; however, since Bruce no longer drinks when the store' focus began shifting over to Carol's passion - fine wines - Bruce moved away from the sales end and focused on the Finance and Maintenance. So nowadays you will see Bruce around some mornings and in the afternoon when the 'beer crowd' is on their way home from a 'hard day's work'.
