A hint of oak complements the freshness of fruit and the evident notes of green apple, pear and citrus. Our wine is aged for several months to develop a rich, creamy texture that gracefully balances its fruit-forward character. Pair with filet of sole almandine, butternut squash soup and corn chowder, creamy polenta, crab or shrimp in chardonnay cream sauce, baby greens with toasted almonds, dry jack cheese and lemon zest, vinaigrette, roast chicken, crab cakes, and seafood salad.

Raised on vines in a valley that absorbs the full brilliance of a Mendocino County day, this nuanced wine blends a focused Merlot character with an evident heritage of Bordeaux. Aromas of cranberry, chocolate and cola spice add to the old-world style. Our Merlot is wonderfully dry, with compelling fruit and touches of herbs and light oak. Pair with roasted meat ragout and mushrooms, grilled pork tenderloin, grilled and soy marinated duck or salmon, roast duck, crostini with caramelized onions and blue cheese, grilled eggplant, mushroom and basil pesto pizza.
